SAVANNAH SPEARMAN

Savannah Spearman is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been a valued member of the Lowcountry Orthopaedic Sports Medicine team since October 2011. She currently works alongside Dr. Zimlich on the Joint Replacement team, with a clinical focus in general orthopedics, most commonly treating knee and shoulder injuries.
Savannah was drawn to orthopedics through her interest in treating sports injuries, along with a broader passion for disease prevention, health, and wellness. Her philosophy of care centers on providing patients with a nurturing environment while coordinating their care every step of the way through their health journey.
Savannah completed her undergraduate education at Clemson University before earning her Nurse Practitioner degree from Vanderbilt University. She became board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2011.
Originally from Summerville, SC, Savannah has called the Lowcountry home throughout her career at Lowcountry Orthopaedics.
