Biography
Dr. Sabino D’Agostino, is a board-certified neurosurgeon specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery and robotic-assisted spinal procedures. As a Southeast Regional Physician Educator, he is a leader in advancing spinal technology and has trained surgeons from across the U.S. and internationally. Dr. D’Agostino is committed to providing state-of-the-art treatments that promote faster recovery, smaller incisions, and superior outcomes.
Dr. D’Agostino completed his neurosurgical residency at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) before pursuing additional specialized training in Texas. Passionate about innovation, he introduced the first spinal robotics system in Italy and continues to educate and mentor surgeons in the latest advancements.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
After completing his residency at The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), Dr. D spent two additional years training in Texas before returning to the Charleston Community. Today, surgeons fly in from all over the Southeast US just to learn from him. He has even flown to Italy to introduce the first spine robot used in that country.
