Elizabeth Smiley
MMS, PA-C

Born and raised in Charleston, SC, Elizabeth completed a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and Science from Clemson University. She received her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Charleston Southern University.

Currently, Elizabeth works closely with Dr. Eric Stem, assisting with total joint surgeries. Beyond the operating room, she is involved in patient care, seeing individuals in both clinic and hospital settings. She volunteers as a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine at the Dream Center Clinic in North Charleston, SC. This role allows her to give back to her community, providing essential medical care to those in need. Further contributing to the community, she is also an Assistant Soccer Coach for the Women’s Varsity Soccer team at Summerville High School. A beach enthusiast, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her four dogs.
