Please bring all previous medical records, relative x-rays, insurance information and a picture ID to your appointment.

If your insurance company requires a referral from a primary care physician and we do not have this information at the time of your appointment, or if you do not bring your x-rays or required record from a previous physician, we will need to reschedule your appointment.

In case of an emergency outside of the regular office hours - e.g., weekend, holiday, or late evening, please call the same office number. Our answering service will contact the physician who is on call. You may also go to the nearest emergency department and have someone notify our office. Identify yourself as a patient of Lowcountry Orthopaedics.

 

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice.  This will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.  Failure to notify the office may result in a $25 service fee.
