  Description: The primary functions of this position are: welcoming the patients/visitors; checking patients in; collecting copayments/deductibles; providing all necessary forms and updating patient information where applicable; scanning insurance & drivers license cards; insurance verification; data entry of New Patient demographic information; checking patients out; & collecting additional payments as appropriate. Must be able to multi-task & have excellent communication and organization skills. Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 codes is preferred.
  Requirements: Prior Medical Office and Insurance Verification experience Required.
