Medical Collections Specialist

  Description: Candidate must have experience in medical insurance collections. The position will require the individual to track and work Accounts Receivables for two or more physicians. Must understand how to ensure clean claims, file appeals with all carriers as necessary, work patient balances – contacting patients for payment; work statement and charge reports; communicate effectively with patients and physicians; involved with chart auditing for correct documentation and payment.
  Requirements: Prior Physician Office Collections Experience Preferred.
